Dog: Hattie Carrot is a 1 year old Llasa-poo who was rescued from a Vermont rescue organization. I’ve met Hattie, and I have one of the biggest crushes on her that I’ve ever had on a dog (that’s not my own, of course). Thankfully she’s found the perfect new home with her new human.
Human: Hattie’s human has lived in J.P. for seven years, but Hattie’s only been a J.P. Dog for four months. They live near Green / Centre Street.
In the human’s words:
Does your J.P. Dog have any funny quirks, odd behaviors, or defining characteristics? Her favorite treat/snack is green beans. I believe that neighborhood squirrels refer to her as the Fuzzy Menace.
What do you love most about your J.P. Dog? There is nothing I don’t love about her…
Your J.P. Dog’s favorite outdoor spots in J.P.? 1) Pinebank Promontory 2) Dog beach at the Pond 3) Arboretum
This photo was taken at the entrance of the Brewer Street Tot Lot. And Hattie and I take great exception to this rule. Kiddies, you are missing great fun by not letting the doggies in. Though I have a feeling if the kiddies had anything to say about this, it would be, “Bring in the dogs!” Okay, just say the word.
