About these J.P. Dogs:
Coco (3 years old) & Auggie (1.5 years old; more white on face) are Boston Terriers. Coco may also answer to: Coconuts, Little Thing, and Cocoa. While Auggie may answer to: Baby Boy, Little Dude, and Growly Gus.
About these J.P. Dogs’ humans:
Coco and Auggie live with their cat, Elroy, and their humans, Emily and Bob, on Chestnut Avenue. Emily, a nanny, has lived in J.P. for nearly 20 years! Bob plays in a bunch of bands. One of those, Erin Harpe and the Delta Swingers, has a new cd coming out in November.
Do your J.P. Dogs have any funny quirks, odd behaviors, or defining characteristics?
Oh my god they are nuts. They love each other and are playing together 24/7. Coco is our baby! And then we got Auggie mainly as a buddy for him. I didn’t know exactly how different dogs could be. Their personalities are so funny and so different but complementary.
What do you love most about your J.P. Dogs?
Everything! I think they are very lucky to live here, to be exposed to so much and so many green spaces and other lovely dogs. My least favorite thing is all the people who have their dogs off leash. Most of these dogs have approached us in an unfriendly way and I don’t really understand the mentally behind walking dogs off leash. Especially since there is a leash law in our state.
Your J.P. Dog’s favorite outdoor spots in J.P.?
The pond, the Arboretum, and the Southwest Corridor which is very close to our house.
